Patricia Jeanne Ford

Patricia Jeanne Siwik Ford was reunited with the love of her life on Jan 3, 2017.  She passed peacefully with her loving family at her bedside.  She was born July 27, 1945 to Edward and Lella Colleen Siwik.  She was sealed to her husband for time and all eternity in the St George Temple on May 31, 1963.
 
She will be missed by many, especially her sweet grandchildren who were the joy of her life.  Her compassionate nature led her to serve many throughout her life and touched the hearts of those who came to know her.  She enjoyed music, reading and spending time with her family.
 
She is survived by her five children; Wendy (Gary) Davis, Andrea (Roger) Lewis, Geri (Shawn) Linnebach, Adam (Angela) Ford, KC (Karrie) Ford, her 19 grandchildren and her 4 great grandchildren.
 
She is preceded in death by her eternal companion Gary L Ford and her parents Edward and Lella Siwik.
A special thanks to all those who helped love and care for mom in her time of need.
 
A viewing in her honor will be held on January 8, 2017 from 6-8 at the LDS Church on 790 West 1500 South, Woods Cross, UT (Apple Chapel).  A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 790 West 1500 South, Woods Cross, UT at 11:00 am.  Friends and family may call one hour prior to the funeral services.
