Patricia Marie Mishork Forbes passed away July 16, 2014 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born December 2, 1938 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to Walter & Irena Mishork. She is survived by daughters Trena Maybery and Sherri Todd.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Rodney, daughter, Darlene and grandson Joseph.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Holladay-Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 S Highland Drive at 11:00. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services at the same location. Interment will follow at Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 S Memory Lane (1990 E). Condolences may be shared with the family at www.holladaycottonwoodmortuary.com
