Patricia Ann Gates

Patricia Ann Gates, 74, moved beyond the veil on December 5th, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born to Richard and Helen Bradford on March 25th, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Patricia graduated from Granite High School, attended the University of Utah and was eventually married to Richard Allen Gates on November 5th, 1964. She loved cooking, crafting, camping and 4-wheeling, as well as watching cooking and DIY shows. But mostly, Patricia loved attending her grandchildren’s activities and serving her family, church and community. Her greatest accomplishment and joy was being a wife and mother.
Patricia is survived by her husband Richard Allen Gates, children Dawna Saylor (Dave), Lori Springer (Mark), Lisa Lee (Dereke), Brad Gates (Tomomi), Lindy Isaacson (Trent), Barry Gates (Angie), Lesley Poulson (Jaron), siblings Marsha Anderson (Doug), and Randy Bradford (Linda).
She is proceeded in death by her parents Richard Jones Bradford, and Helen Erma Bradford, brother Larry Bradford, and grandson Jackson Conrad Saylor.
There will be a viewing for Patricia on Friday, December 7th, 2018 from 7:00 PM-9:00 PM at the Mountain Point 6th Ward – 498 East Hollow Creek Road, Draper, UT 84020.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 10:00 AM at the same location with a viewing proceeding the service at 9:00 AM.
Patricia will be interred at the Memorial Redwood Cemetery following the service at 6500 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123.
