On January 22, 2016 Tara Jean Hurst Shewmake passed away. Tara struggled with long term addiction and was in recovery. She was working very hard to change her life for the better. Tara is survived by her husband Michael and their four children Kylee, Hayden, Nathan, and Lilly. She is also survived by her parents Nathan and Tonya Hurst and Tammy Callahan, as well as her siblings Jessie (Julie), Lisa (Jared), and Cami. She was loved by many and will be very much missed. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 5:00 pm for extended family and friends at The Freedom Worship Center located at 5536 South 1900 West, Salt Lake City, Utah.Service Information
