Heinz Reuben Nephi Kupitz, 86 passed away on April 16, 2017. He was born on February 20, 1931 in Berlin, Germany the son of Richard Gotthold Johannes Kupitz and Frieda Marie Martha Korth.
He served an LDS mission from 1953-1955 in Germany. He immigrated to American in September of 1955. He married Helga Fassmann and together were sealed in the Salt lake Temple on December 15, 1955. He is survived by his children Heidi (Rainer) Neumarker, Hyrum, Helgalee (Robbie) Bumgarner and Helma, eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, two infant siblings, sister Hilda (Adolf) Wunsch, brothers Herbert (Ursula), Gerhard (Irene), son-in-laws Rainer and Robbie.
Dad wishes to thank family friends Mark and Vera-Lee Redd for all their support and help during his mission and for their sponsorship allowing him to immigrate to the United States. The family also wants to thank the care givers from Heartwood Hospice. Per dads wishes he will be cremated and private family services will take place.
