Nelda Foote, age 95, passed away June 26, 2014. She was born January 16, 1919 in Central, Idaho to Elmer G. Anderson and Lois Bowler. She married Eldon Foote, July 15, 1935 in Los Angeles, CA; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Nelda worked at the Arms Plant during WWII and retired from JC Pennys.
She is survived by her daughter, Jeanne (Tom) Dyches; son, Kent (Launa) Foote; 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and her son Ronald.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 2, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at Lake Hills Memorial Park, 10055 South State St., Sandy, Utah. Friends and family may call one hour prior to the service at Lake Hills Mortuary.
A special thanks to the staff at Crossland Care Center and to Inspiration Hospice.
