Naomi Allred Roll

Heaven has received a new angel. Naomi Allred Roll passed away June 10th, 2022 at 5:20 A.M. she was 84 years old. She was born on April 17th 1938 on Easter in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was the daughter of Verl Dee Allred and Bertha Dale Allred.
Naomi was preceded in death by her parents Verl and Bertha Allred, sister Darlene (Carl) Johnson, and grandson Jeremy Michael McNeil.
Naomi is survived by her daughter Beverly Lynn McNeil, son William Lee Roll, grandson Eric Scott McNeil and five great grandchildren. Naomi was also adopted by many children who called her grandma.
Helping children succeed was an important part of her life. She received her teachers aide accreditation from West Minister College in 1975. She went on to be a teachers aide at Head Start, and early elementary grades kindergarten to 2nd grade. She also had her own home day care licensed by the State of Utah. She went on to work as a foster grandparent through age services. She loved children and would cry when ever she read or heard of children hurt or killed in mass shootings.
A memorial service will be held at Memorial Murray Mortuary on June 25th, 2022 at 2:00PM.
