Nancy Lynn Grant-Cheney

November 25, 1944 — March 11, 2025

My beloved sweet mamma, grandma to my children passed away peacefully on March 11, 2025. Nancy was born in Ogden, Utah to Charles R. Grant and Elizabeth Bailey Grant. Nancy was the oldest of four siblings. Nancy gave birth to two beautiful daughters of which she adored dearly. Nancy had many hobbies including hiking, fishing, camping and gardening. Nancy always had the most beautiful gardens in town. Nancy worked very hard her entire life to take care of her daughters. Nancy suffered the loss of her youngest daughter Vivian Kemy Roundy in August 2015. Nancy completed the NAMI program and did everything she could to help with mental illness. Nancy is survived by her daughter Kristin (Frank) Perry, five grandchildren, Kyabrie Perry, Vincenzo Perry, Bella Perry, Sarah Perry and Nick Perry. Seven grandchildren Kaiser, Bohdi, Jasper, Mario, Hailey, new baby girl to be and Saywer. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, nephews and youngest daughter. We would like to thank Father Tilley, St. John the Baptist Parish, the loving staff at Serenity Hospice and Valencia at Draper. Until we meet again mamma you will forever be in my heart and by my side. We love you and miss you so. Rest in peace
