Molly Mae Shauers, a woman whose love knew no limits and whose generosity touched countless lives, passed away on January 28, 2025, following a sudden illness. She was a beloved wife, mother, and “gramma”. She was often described as the favorite aunt. Her life was a testament to the power of unconditional love, quiet strength, and devotion to family.
Born Marlene Mae Tremelling on January 20, 1953, in Rock Springs, Wyoming, Molly grew up surrounded by the love and laughter of her three older brothers and younger sister. An artistic soul at heart, Molly shared many joyful moments singing with her sister. Her creativity blossomed throughout her life as she painted stunning landscapes and showcased her talent as a skilled seamstress and pianist.
On June 1, 1972, Molly married Michael Warren Shauers. Together they built a safe and loving home for their three children. Molly poured her heart into supporting them. She dedicated herself fully to their happiness and success, whether guiding them through schoolwork, cheering with pride at their sports events, or creating beautifully crafted Halloween costumes, she was their biggest cheerleader. She celebrated every triumph and stood by them through every challenge. Even as her children became adults, Molly embodied unconditional love. She graciously opened her home to her children and their families, creating a space where generations grew closer through shared memories and cherished moments.
Her greatest joy was her grandchildren, whom she celebrated with unwavering pride and affection. She found immense fulfillment in mentoring her granddaughters in art and music and sharing her creative spirit. Molly seldom missed an opportunity to be part of their lives, cherish their milestones, and delight in the beauty of their everyday moments. As her family grew to include great-grandchildren, Molly delighted in their presence, joyfully sharing their accomplishments with anyone who would listen.
Following the profound loss of her youngest son, Molly’s heart carried the weight of grief and she spent her later years in quiet reflection. Though her body grew still, her spirit continued to radiate the love and warmth that had always defined her. Molly leaves behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and steadfast devotion to her family. Her memory will forever be cherished by those fortunate enough to know her, and her spirit will live on through the countless lives she touched.
