Mike Phillips was born on March 25, 1962 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Pauline and Dean Phillips. He worked at Graphic Packaging for 25 years. He was a hard worker. He worked for SKF for five years and took pride in his job and in providing for his family.
He is survived by his wife Shannon, their four children; Kortnie, Amanda, Shelby and Kolbe. His two brothers; Randall and Gary. His three granddaughters; Claire, Anniston and Harley Anna. He also leaves behind his buddy, Charlie.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, aunts, uncle and sidekick Baylee.
A memorial services will be held in Mike’s Honor on December 2, 2017 at 4029 W 4865 S, Salt Lake City, Utah from 12:00 – 3:00 PM.Service Information
