Michael “K-OSS” Marvidakis age 68, passed away surrounded by his family on January 12, 2017 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mike was born August 5, 1948 in Vienna, Austria to Nicholas and Inge Schuster Marvidakis. He married Luanne Fender Marvidakis.
Mike was very passionate about drag racing, B.A.C.A (Biker’s Against Child Abuse), and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his mother and father Nick and Inge Marvidakis, his wife Luanne, his three son’s Nick (Anja Boggess), James (Jamie) Marvidakis, Rick (Amanda) Marvidakis. Five grandchildren Mikey “Bugit” Marvidakis, James “Animal” Sadler, Devan “Boo from the Zoo” Marvidakis, Colton “Poopydoo” Marvidakis, Jonathon “Apples” Boggess. One brother Stan Marvidakis, two sisters Connie (Jim) Callahan, and Marilyn Marvidakis.
He is preceded in death by one sister Peggy Barkley.
Funeral services for Mike will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday January 19, 2017 at Memorial Redwood Mortuary 6500 South Redwood Road West Jordan, Utah. Friends and family may gather for a viewing one hour prior to the services at the mortuary. Interment will be at the Memorial Redwood Cemetery.
