Michael J Dunton, 63 of Taylorsville, Utah passed away on February 21, 2020 surrounded by family.
Mike was born June 12, 1956 in Burbank, California to Ronald and Louise Dunton. At age 2 he and his family moved to Utah where he was raised.
Mike married the love of his life, Ann Marie Nielsen, on March 18, 1983. Together they have three children Lisa Dunton, Tiffany (Efraim) Martinez, and Amy (Steven) Monroe, as well as 3 grandchildren.
He is survived by his three sisters Carolyn (Scott) Jones, Debrah Johnson, and Teresa (Bob) Hendrickson as well as many nieces and nephews and his mother in law Athalee Nielsen. Preceded in death by his wife Ann Marie, mother Louise, father Ronald, brother James, as well as many aunts and uncles.
Mike was always thinking of and selflessly helping others. His pride and joy were his three girls and his three grandchildren Kiana, Olivia, and Milo. His loving influence will be greatly missed.
As per Mike’s request, a formal funeral service will not be held. The family invites any family and friends to join in sharing memories with us at Memorial Mortuary and Cemetery Redwood at 6500 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, UT 84123 on Saturday, February 29th at 2:00PM – 4:00PM..Service Information
