Michael G. Harper passed away December 25, 2015 at his home. He was born August 17, 1957 in Red Lodge, Montana to Milton and Mary Bunch Harper. He married Sherrie Case. Michael was employed at UDOT for 20 years. Survived by his wife; children, Ginny Case, Mellina Harper, Cody Harper, and Kirstyn Harper. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. A celebration will be held in his honor Saturday, January 2nd,
