Mercedes Aguilera

Mercedes Aguilera passed away May 28, 2015 at her home. She was born September 24, 1930 in Chile. She married Rene Del Carmen Aguilera. Mercedes enjoyed baking for her family and had great artistic talent. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survived by her children, Juan Carlos, Ricardo, Maria Rosagna, Mario, Gloria and Ruth; 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband and her son, Victor. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 1st, 11:00 a.m. at the Valley View 8th Ward, 4395 So. Albright Dr. (2145 E). A viewing will be held Sunday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Holladay Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 So. Highland Dr. and Monday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to services at the church.
