McMenamy “Mac” Corsi, age 84, passed away at his home surrounded by his family in Sandy, Utah Oct. 9, 2015 of natural causes. He was born May 26, 1931 too Harry Myers Corsi and Phelma Flourence Miller in Afton, Wyoming. He was raised in Etna, Wyoming in Star Valley and served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. He married Agnes June Sibbett on Aug. 19, 1955 in the Idaho Falls Temple.
Mac loved his wife and was concerned about her well-being. He also loved his family especially his grandkids. Family was always the center of his life and he was happiest surrounded by them. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was always willing to help and assist family, friends and neighbors. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Wheeler Machinery retiring in 1994 after 37 years of employment.
Survived by his wife Agnes; 3 sons, Harry Chris (Kathleen), Rick Glenn (Rita), Thad Miller (Monica); Brothers Rex and Roy; 22 Grandchildren, 13 2/3 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Don.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, October 16, 2015 at the Sego Lilly LDS Ward House at 9824 Flint Drive Sandy, UT. Viewings will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and Friday prior to the funeral at 10:00 – 10:45 am at the Sego Lilly LDS Ward House. Interment to follow the funeral at West Jordan Memorial Estates 6500 South Redwood Road.
