Mary Katherine “Kay” Hawkins

Mary Katherine “Kay” Hawkins passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, at her home on October 16, 2016. She was a hard-working woman and proud mother of five children, ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with the love of her life, Ken. They have been married 54 years and have made many wonderful memories together. Ken and Kay enjoyed taking drives, going to yard sales and thrift stores. Kay would always find wonderful treasures and beautiful antiques to display in their home. She was very passionate and strong in her Christian faith. We are grateful for the time we had with her on this earth and thankful to know she is in a better place, free from illness, safe and at peace.
