Mary June Clampitt

Our beloved Mother and Grandmother June Clampitt, 90, slipped away into eternity in her sleep on January 4th, 2018 at her home in Salt Lake City, Utah. June was born March 23rd,1927 to William and Leanora Anson in Kaysville, Utah.
June’s family was everthing to her and her world evolved around them. She loved spending time in her summer home in Afton Wyoming and enjoyed camping and picnics with her family. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to make everyone laugh even if it meant doing a jig or sticking her tongue out at them. She lived a full life, loved attending parties and family functions and will be dearly remembered by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son; Allen M. McCoy (Judy Tom), daughters; Leanora (Nora) Cortez and Sheryn Eadie (Steve), 13 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Don Edward Clampitt, son; Danny Carl McCoy and daughter; Sally McCoy Henson.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, January 11th, 2018 from 6-8 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 12th, 2018 at 11:00 A.M at Memorial Redwood Mortuary with a viewing one hour prior.
