Mary Corbridge

Mary, at age 91, returned to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father and Redeemer on October 17, in her daughter’s home in South Jordan, UT. She was born in Malta, ID, one of 10 brothers and sisters. Her parents were Frank Paskett & Jessie Hadfield. She married John Phillip Wilson on March 8, 1940. They had 3 children, Richard Wilson, Barbara Ekins and Patsy Larsen (Joe). John died on December 7, 1958 after serving in WWII and the Korean War. Mary worked at Utah Valley Hospital in the maternity ward. She then became an occupational therapist for the State of Utah. She then met and married Theron Corbridge in the Salt Lake Temple on July 15, 1966. He had six children. She worked in many different callings in her ward and worked in the temple for many years. She was an accomplishment seamstress and wonderful cook; very creative. She also loved to garden and mastered making all kinds of different candies.
She is survived by son Richard Wilson, Ted and Pam Corbridge, daughters Pat and Joe Larsen, Barbara Ekins, Camille Tiffe, Sue and Steve Hendricks, Teresa and Craig Johnson; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 22 at 11:00 am with a viewing prior to that at 10:00 am. It will be at the River Third Ward on 10400 S 1540 W in South Jordan, UT.
