Marvin W Ruttenbur

Marvin passed away on May 22, 2019 after a valiant battle with cancer. He was born on June 10, 1952 to Creta Whiting Danner and Glenn Ruttenbur. He was also raised by his step-father Donald Danner.
As a child, Marvin spent a lot of his time traveling with his family as they were a military family. They later settled in Vacaville, California where he graduated from Vacaville High School. He married Wendy Louise Taylor on September 22, 1973; they were later divorced after many years. Marvin then married Connie on April 27, 2018.
Marvin loved to roller-skate and spent time as a roller-skating instructor. He loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing and camping.
He was preceded in death by his former wife Wendy, and his parents.
Marvin is survived by his wife Connie, children: Christopher (Jamie), Stacy (Mathew), Donald (Barbara) and 8 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday May 31, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Western Hills Second Ward, 5380 West 5400 South in Kearns, Utah. A viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the church. A committal service will be held at a later time, following cremation.
