Marvin Lee Howard, 82, passed away on December 3, 2016. Marvin was born on May 18, 1934, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Levi and Emily Howard.
Marvin served in the US Army Reserve and was honorably discharged. He was an active member of the LDS Church and served a full-time mission in England. Marv loved to read and travel.
Marv is survived by three children, Stephen (Wendy), Carol, and Kayelyn (Glen), as well as nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Marv is preceded in death by his parents, brother Bruce, and sisters Betty, Corrine, and Joyce.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 17, 2016, at 11:00 am at Memorial Redwood Mortuary: 6500 S. Redwood Rd., Salt Lake City, Utah. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 am. Interment at Memorial Redwood Cemetery.Service Information
