Marnell Irene Seare Parton Tauteoli

Marnell Irene Seare Parton Tauteoli, 68, died peacefully June 1st, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her loving and caring daughter was at her side. Irene’s long battle with cancer and other ailments was over and she returned to her eternal home. She was born on April 22, 1950 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Richard Albert Seare and Marnell Jorgensen Seare. She was the middle child of a family of five children and was raised in Salt Lake where she graduated from South High School as a proud Cub. She married Steve Parton, by whom she had two lovely daughters Jackqulyn Parton Hathaway, deceased, and Jody Parton Siddiqui. Irene and Steve later divorced. She married Fine P. Tauteoli (deceased). She was a life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Irene worked at Beehive Clothing as a seamstress and then later for Merit Medical. Irene was known as one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She loved tending her nieces and nephews and of course her grandson. She was a lover of the out of doors and animals, especially dogs. She also loved cooking, sewing, and quilting. There could not be a more devoted Elvis Presley fan. She was ever eager to be part of the fun, shenanigans and laughter and her clam dip was second to none. She will be sorely missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Fine Tautuoli, her daughter Jackqulyn, grandson Brian James Siddiqui and step mom Dorothy Seare. Survived by her daughter Jody Siddiqui, son in law Nazir Siddiqui, and grandson Joseph (Joey) Siddiqui. She is also survived by her siblings: Richard A. Seare II (Peggy), Claudia Hiatt (Dennis), Joan Thornton (Rick), Susan Stevens (Kevin) and half-brothers Steve Seare, Sean Seare (Missy) and Nathan Seare (Toetu).
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 12th at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, located at 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah at 11am with a viewing an hour prior to the service.
