1957 – 2017
Mark Dee McGuire passed away suddenly on November 14th 2017.  Mark was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Mark was born October 26th 1957 to Dennis Lynn and Colleen Collins McGuire, and became Cindy and Denny’s baby brother.
Mark worked many years in the metal and sales industry where he made many friends along the way. He never met a stranger.
He married Vickie Akkerman on April 11th 2007.  Together they enjoyed trips to Wendover, camping and traveling.
Survived by his wife Vickie, mother Colleen McGuire, sister Cindy McGuire, brother Denny (Paula) McGuire, father-in-law Vic Akkerman, his children Thomas, Christopher, Kelsey, Kimberly and Mason. Step children Claressa, Josh, Chris and Ambre; grandchildren Abby, Cambria, Deegan, Bobby and Joey; previous wives Nola and Cheryl, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his father Dennis and mother in-law Angie.
A viewing will be held Monday, November 20th 2017 at Lake Hills Mortuary 10055 So State Street Sandy, Utah from 11:00 to 1:00.  A graveside service will be held immediately after.
A celebration of Mark’s life will be held at a later date.
