Our loving mom Marjorie Ellen Halligan passed away on November 18, 2016. She was born July 25, 1940 in Fillmore, Utah to Bert Franklin Johnson and Violet (Pearl) Street and was raised in Scipio, Utah. Mom was an amazing mom, grandma, sister, aunt and friend. She had a huge heart and an incredible spirit and would do anything she could for anyone. She loved her family with a passion, her house and yard and especially reading and coloring. But nothing was more important than the time she spent with her family. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she has served in various callings. She is survived by her children Debbie (Gene) Vought, Kearns; and Mike (Kristi) Lott, Marysvale; siblings Donna Cox, Virgin, Shirley (Gary) Thayer Gunnison; 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister LaRue and brother Jim. Her eternal partner Bill Lott, nieces Jill and Sherry.
The family wishes to express thanks to the ER team at Jordan Valley Hospital and IMC ICU team for the loving care they gave her.
She was loved by everyone that knew her and will be greatly missed but forever in our hearts.
Funeral services for Marge will be held 11:00 am Monday November 28, 2016 at the Westwood Heights 2nd Ward 3976 West Dimrall Drive in Kearns, Utah. A viewing will be Sunday November 27, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Memorial Redwood 6500 S Redwood Rd West Jordan, Utah. Also, there will be a viewing one hour prior to the services at the church. www.memorialutah.com
