Marilyn Leavitt Drake Kendall, 78, passed away May 30, 2014. She was born July 7, 1935 in Indianapolis, IN to Lawrence C. and Mary Ann Davies Leavitt. She lived in 39 different place in the US and Canada. She was sealed to Lewis Elvin Drake, who passed away May 21, 1963. She later married T. Clair Kendall who loved, supported and cared for her for over 45 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend and an active member of the LDS Church.
She was preceded in death by her son Jon Kelly Drake and is survived by her husband, Clair, daughters Alison Olsen, Laura (Ron) Andersen, Jill Swanson, 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, sister, Maureen Jackson, in-laws Dean Oldroyd, Corrine Jenkins, Shirley Smith, Ed (Kathleen) Kendall, Marvin (Marlene) Drake and Edith Nielsen.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 4th, 10:30 a.m. at the Riviera Ward, 601 E. Mansfield Ave. (3150 So.) with a viewing Tuesday evening at the church from 6 – 8 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Wednesday. Interment, Nephi Vine Bluff Cemetery.
