Marilyn B. Parkin

Marilyn B. Parkin, 89, passed away Wednesday, August 4 2021 Surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on November 16 1931 in Moroni UT to Elverda Elsie Christiansen and Murray Shepard Bailey.
At a young age she married John Christopher Castellano and later married Wallace H Parkin.
She is survived by her daughters Wendy King (Colin), Shana L Castellano and son Marc H. Parkin Grandchildren Jaime Karkara (Raj), Jonathan and Joseph Ortiz. Great Granddaughter Arya Karkara. Sisters Connie Masias, Sharon Baca Leona Nichols and brother Paul Bailey.
She is preceded in death by husbands John Christopher Castellano, and Wallace H Parkin. Son John Christopher Castellano Jr. Grandson Christopher Cory Wilson. Her mother and father. Brothers David, Merrill and O’Neil Bailey. Sisters Donna McGuire and Joyce Christiansen.
She loved her yorkies Daisy and Bogie. She traveled to Israel and was baptized in the River Jordan. She enjoyed oil painting, playing bonco, cards and scrabble.
Graveside services will be held at Memorial Mountain View Cemetery located at 3115 Bengal Blvd Cottonwood Heights UT 84121 on Wednesday August 11 2021 at 10:00 am.
