Marijane Heaps Nielson

Marijane Nielson, 54, of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away on June 30th, 2024. She was born on April 7th, 1970 in Murray, Utah to Joan and Lamont Heaps. 

Marijane was known for her love of flowers, gardening, music, movies, and animals. She loved her family and her pets immensely. She is survived by her husband, Trevor Nielson, her children Megan Barron, Casey Barron, and Nicholas Barron, her parents Joan and Lamont Heaps, and her siblings Wendy Heaps, David Heaps, Heidi Williams, and BethAnne Chidester. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 11:00 AM with viewing prior from 9:00 – 10:45 AM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123. Interment will immediately follow at the same location.
