Marie A. Cole

Salt Lake City-Marie (Morrie) A. Cole, 83, peacefully passed away on June 20, 2016. She was born on December 22, 1932 the daughter of Lew and LaVon Averett in Springville, Utah. She married Jim Cole in November of 1957, and together had an infant daughter who preceded her in death. She was engaged in real estate sales for over 30 years. She was also an avid dog lover.
She is survived by her husband James C. Cole, sisters Mary Lou Dixon, Janis Kay Evans, and Pam Averett Calder, numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog Sadie.She was preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter Camie Page Cole, sisters Patty Jean Mills, JoAnn Gardner, and brother Neil Averett.
A gathering will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 24 at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S Redwood Road. A Graveside service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Leave condolences at www.Memorialutah.com.
