Maria Lucia Aguilar De Barahona

Our beloved Maria Lucia Aguilar de Barahona, age 96, passed away in peace on February 18, 2019 in West Valley City, Utah. She was born on October 20th of 1922 in Ilama Santa Barbara, Honduras,in a small town where she lived as a child. As an adult she became a teacher and taught 1st grade students. Later on she decided to move to San Pedro Sula, Honduras where she got married to Victor Manuel Barahona and had four children. Her son Elis Barahona, daughter Gladys Suyapa Baide, and her twins Doris del Carmen Rodriguez, and Doris Rosa Munoz. Followed by her eight grandchildren; Nancy, Javier E., Cindy, Juan, D. Rocio, D. Julissa, Chrystal, Victor Abel, Elis Jr., Nathalie, and her eleven great-grandchildren; Monique, Desiree, Carlos, Aaron, Aaranelly, Dominic, Dahlia, Ivan, Ivanee, Itzelle, and Anthony.
Your presence we miss, your memories we will treasure, loving you always, forgetting you never.
The viewing service will be held Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Church service will be on Friday, February 22, 2019 at
St. Therese Catholic Church
from 1:00-2:00 p.m. will be the final goodbye.
Mass will start at 2:00 p.m.
