Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt returned to her Heavenly Father peacefully at home on August 10, 2015 surrounded by her family. Margie was born on September 22, 1931 to Henry Richard Miller and Sadie Magdaline Murri in St. Anthony, Idaho.
Most of her childhood was spent growing up in St. Anthony. In 1948 she graduated from South Fremont High School. She later met and married her sweetheart Anthon Eugene Killian on January 7, 1950. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Together they had four children.
Margie had a love for the great outdoors; especially the Grand Teton Mountains. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them camping, hunting, fishing, boating and many other family activities.
She was an excellent cook and countless memories will be shared among all who enjoyed her special recipes.
Golfing, bowling, hiking and bird watching were one of her many favorite past times. Margie was the glue that held everyone together. Her love and compassion for others was instrumental in the many enjoyable family reunions we had.
Margie also loved spending time alongside her companion Gene during the summer time as campground hosts and their winters in Yuma, Arizona with friends and family.
She is survived by her husband Gene, children: Brad (Kathy) Killian, Robyn (Joe) Layton, and Larry (Jeanie) Killian, 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, brother; Ray Miller and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Keith Miller, Dean Miller, Blaine Miller and Duane Miller, sister; La Rene Madden and son; Richard Killian.
