Mack Robert Madsen, age 72, passed away on February 12, 2017 at his home in West Valley City, Utah. He was born on February 16, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Robert Earl Madsen and Mildred Bernice Mackay. Mack married Fetulua Angela Williams on July 27, 1995.
He is survived by Fetulua Angela, Shellsten and Millenn Molipopo Madsen, Shannon, Mindi and Bobby.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday March 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Murray Memorial Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray, Utah. A viewing will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 am prior to the service. Interment will be at Murray City Cemetery following the service.Service Information
