Lu’isa Kafo’atu Helu Vea passed away peacefully at home July 13th with her beloved husband and eternal companion, Tomasi Vea by her side.
Lu’isa was born February 9, 1948 in Nuku’alofa Tonga. Lu’isa dedicated her time to caring for her family, and her many friends. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Tomasi, and their six children; LeRoy Vea (Tanya), Anthony Vea (Becky), Patricia Vea, Myron Vea (Ku’uipo), Romney Vea (Pou), Ofa Hunkin (Avei), and fifteen grandchildren. She is also survived by four siblings and their families. Lu’isa was preceded in death by her parents, Hingano M. Helu & Luseane M. Fineanganofo Helu, and two brothers.
Viewing and services will be held Saturday, July 23 at the Salt Lake Utah South Stake (Tongan) 4660 West 5015 South, Kearns, Utah. Viewing from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial services will be at the Redwood Memorial Estates.Service Information
