Luis Pardo Valdez

Luis Pardo Valdez died on August 2, 2017. He passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his wife, children, and grandchildren.  Luis was born on February 25, 1934 in Acaponeta, Nayarit, Mexico.  He married Carmen Negrette de Pardo, the love of his life and lifetime companion of 51 years.  He was a hardworking, loving, caring husband, father, grandfather and friend.  He will be truly missed by all as he touched many people throughout his life.  Special thanks to Oquirrh Dialysis Center for their care and support these last 13 years.
Luis is survived by his wife, Carmen, 8 children, Patricia (Ismael), Andy (Michelle), Rosemary (Marcelino), Carmen (Carlos), Angel (Gaby), Elsa (Jose), Teri (Silverio), Angie (Leighton), 27 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church located at 257 North 700 West, Salt Lake City, UT. A viewing will be held prior to mass services from 10:30 to 11:30 am, with Mass services from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
