On Tuesday, January 17, 2017, Lothele Ann Davis, our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and cherished friend, passed from her earthly home to her Heavenly home.
She leaves behind: her daughters, Donna and Tami; her brothers, Wayne and Robin, and sister Cheri; 10 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Lothele was preceded in death by her loving husband Dale Richard Davis; son Roland; grandson Jonathan and both of her parents.
Lothele was born and raised in Lompoc, California. She was an active member of the LDS Church. Lothele married the love of her life Dale Richard Davis on June 15, 1968 and was later sealed in the Los Angeles LDS Temple on January 17, 1970.
One of her passions in life was caring for the elderly in their homes. She was considered the social butterfly of Copper Ridge Care Center and was crowned “Ms. Golden Years” in 2013. She also loved playing Bingo twice a week with all of her friends at the care center.
We would like to thank her favorite staff at Copper Ridge Care Center, the medical staff (Megan/Nurse) at Jordan Valley Medical Center and her Brighton hospice nurse (Wendy) and her aide (Emily) for their tender care of our mother in her last days.
Her friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service for Lothele at 11:00 am on Friday January 27, 2017 at the Jordan Oaks Stake Center 8117 South Leslie Drive West Jordan, Utah.Service Information
