Lorane Stone

Lorane Lee Stone, mother, grandmother, and sister, 69, passed away Saturday June 6, 2015 at the IMC Hospital in the ICU surrounded by her loving family. She was reunited with her father Carl and her beloved cat Autumn.
She was born November 24, 1945 in Bountiful, Utah to Carl Thurman and Helen Scofield Larson.
Graduated from Granite High School in 1964.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren, painting, shopping, watching oldtime movies, and she loved her cats.
Lorane is survived by her four sons, Rian (Amy), Kevin (Mindy), Darren, and Barry (Amy) and 10 grandchildren. Her sisters, Diane and Judy, brother Alan (Maureen), and her mother Helen.
She was preceded in death by her father Carl, two brother-in-laws. a neice and a nephew.
The family would like to thank the staff at IMC, U of U Hospital, and the nurses from Home Health Care for taking care of their mother.
Viewing will be held Friday, June 12, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Redwood Memorial, 6500 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84123. Gravside services will follow the Viewing at 2:00 pm.
