Lopine Tago Chan

Lopine Tago Chan, age 76 passed away on May, 14 2022 in Lehi, Utah. She was born on August 5, 1945 in Pago Pago, American Samoa to Agaese Taamilo Tago, and NaoAfioga Gaoupu T Tago. She married Ioka Leumaga Chan on October 28, 1965.
She worked for Young Laundry Cleaning in Honolulu, Hawaii for over 28 years. She loved getting her hair, nails, and makeup done. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
Lopine is survived by Terrie Nifty Toilolo (Sefuluai Toilolo), Peter Paul Schmidt (Moetoto Schmidt), Satini Paul Schmidt (Kennedean Schmidt), and Patricia Lopine Schmidt-Johnson (Jarrett Johnson).
She is preceded in death by her son, Peter Paul Schmidt.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary  located at 6500 South Redwood Road in West Jordan, Utah. A viewing will begin at 9:00 AM at the same location.
