Lonnie J. Howard, age 55, died at St. Marks Hospital,
on Thursday, May 4, 2017. After bravely fighting multiple health issues, he finally returned to his heavenly father.
Born on November 2, 1961 in Bountiful, UT, to Jack and Arvilla Howard. And settling in Taylorsville. He worked at Smith’s as a skilled Baker and Landscaped which he loved. Lonnie had friends everywhere he went. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone no matter what the circumstances. He would hire the homeless and give them the chance they never thought they would get. He Married Teresa 8/2/1984 and adopted her daughter Jessica a few years later. His son Tyler was born 10/17/91 and Marcus 8/22/94. Playing football with his kids and friends was his church on Sunday. His infectious laugh, playing pranks, Wind chimes and his love for music are something he will always be remembered for.
Survivors: daughter Jessica (Ryan) Jensen, Tyler Howard and Marcus Howard. His siblings Debra (Jeff) Sharpe, Cy (Sarah) Howard, Dave (Cara) Howard, Wesley (Kelly) Howard, Rebecca (Raymond) Anderson, Wade (Stephanie) Howard. Preceded by his Parents Jack & Arvilla Howard and brother Mark. The family would appreciate donations for funeral expenses In lieu of flowers. Funeral Services will be held Saturday May 13, 2017, 10 AM at Memorial Mortuary at 5850 S 900 E, Murray, UT 84121Service Information
