Lola Deon Dahlstrom

Deon Dahlstrom was born July 28, 1938 and passed away October 24, 2018.
She had all kinds of hobbies. She loved to go camping with her family.  She was an excellent cook, and loved to bake.  She loved to make quilts, crocheted many blankets and taught herself to knit beautiful scarves.  She loved to drive her car and go sight seeing in the mountains.  She also enjoyed fishing at Strawberry Reservoir.  All who knew her saw the beautiful spirit inside her.  Her family was very important to her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sten; son, Shawn; two brothers, Eugene and Willis; two sisters, Lawanna and Jane.
She has left eight children behind. Sherry, David, Melanie, Linette, Brenda, Adrianne, Jammie, Tyler; a brother, Vern; 29 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Memorial Lake Hills Mortuary; 10055 South State Street, Sandy, Utah. The viewing will be held Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and again Saturday one hour prior to services.  Interment will follow in the Lake Hills Memorial Park.
