Lois Wiggins Sizemore Price passed away June 10, 2024 at her home in Florida.
Lois was born July 13, 1928 in North Carolina, and was raised by loving parents that instilled a strong sense of family, a love of church, and an appreciation of education and music. As teenagers during WWII, Lois and her younger sister Edith performed with a dance band with Lois playing the trumpet and Edith playing the saxophone. Lois’ love of music also brought a love of dance.
Lois was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She always enjoyed visits with the missionaries that served in her area. She loved working on her genealogy and connecting her family, past and present. Her love of genealogy and family lead to road trips visiting the various locations that her family called home.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents; Henry and Fannie Wiggins, her first husband of 22 years and the father of her five children Howard Sizemore, Jr., her second husband of 4 years Arthur Edward Price, her son James Mitchell Sizemore, and grandsons Jason Sizemore and Robert Jedediah Perry.
