Lois Yvonne Glover returned to her Heavenly Father, December 11, 2015. Yvonne was born November 18, 1934 in Boise (pronounced “Boyce”), Oklahoma, to Ralph Milligan Wilson and Helen Lane Lowery. The family relocated to Beulah, Michigan and later to Frankfort, Michigan; where her parents would call home for the next 58 years on the Riverroad. She moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in April 1962 where she met and married Ward G. Glover, January 14, 1964; later sealed in the Manti, Utah Temple. Yvonne loved doing genealogy, quietly serving other, spending time with family, telling the best stories (Especially her father’s), the outdoors, sports and BYU! She became a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on July 7, 1966, and served in many callings in her ward and stake. Yvonne was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend who would always give of herself to help others. She is survived by her husband of 52 years; children, Kay Adamson (Joel), Janet Vallone (Mike Cracroft), Holly Pelch (Gary), Guy (Margene); nine grandchildren, Joel David Adamson, Elisha Church (Clint), Nickolas Vallone, Natalie Vallone, Marty Pelch (Danny Lemke), Brandy Pelch, Faith, Brandon and Mckenna Glover; four greatgrandchildren, Mia and Landon Church and Terrence and Dani Lemke; siblings, Marge Clark (Dev), Shirley Parker, Gerald Wilson (Marcia) and Girlene May, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Helen Wilson. She will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 18, 11:00 a.m. at the Mt. Jordan Stake Center, 9331 So. 300 E., Sandy. A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at the LDS Chapel, 235 E. Sego Lily (9800 So.) and one hour prior to services.
