Lisa Conner Bigelow: daughter, spouse, mother, grandmother, and friend – passed away March 3, 2015, surrounded by her loving family, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Lisa was born October 5, 1961 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Lisa was a Christ-like example of service to those around her and was a strong member of the LDS Church.
Lisa married Stephen Olsen in 1982, and later divorced. She then married her best friend and companion, Don Bigelow on September 23, 1994. They brought their two families together in a home of love, service and happiness. She loved to entertain and host all who visited her home and she loved to spend hours playing with her grandchildren. Lisa and Don loved to travel and often took family and friends on trips to Lake Powell. These are some of her most cherished times over the years. Lisa is loved by her children, grandchildren and friends.
Lisa is survived by her husband; children: Ben Bigelow (Jenny), Austin Olsen (Ashlyn), Rebecca Bigelow Adams (Aaron), Lindsey Olsen McCartney (Dane), Chris Olsen (Michelle), Zack Bigelow (Kahana) and Sean Bigelow; parents Frank and Thelma Conner, brothers and sisters Alan Conner (Sandy), Marci Conner Olsen (Matt), Vic Conner (Cheryl), Kim Conner Tycksen (Mark), Duane Conner (Lori), and Karla Conner Brown (Kim).
A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held on March 5, 2015 from 6pm – 9pm at the LDS Church located at 13800 S 575 E in Draper, UT. Funeral Services will be held on March 6, 2015 at 11am at the same address. Interment Redwood Memorial Estates.
