Linda Geraldine Grames

Linda was born to Gerald Elgin Grames and Esther May Mitchel Grames on February 5th, 1956 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and passed away peacefully on April 2nd, 2020 in Orem, Utah after a brave battle with metastatic lung cancer. She was loved by all who knew her and brought life and light into every room and life she entered. Linda was the 2nd oldest of 7 children, and loved her family dearly. She also had a great love for her caretakers at Danville Services and saw them as family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, and she is now free of the many physical and mental limitations that she had so patiently endured since birth.
She joins many beloved family members in paradise who preceded her in death: Brothers Jackie and Richard, her father and mother, and stepmother Maurine Grames.
Linda is survived by three sisters: Julie, Louise and Mary, and one brother, Steven, along with several beloved nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express their profound gratitude to the many caretakers, doctors and nurses who attended to Linda throughout her life. Thank you for making hers a life of abundance and joy.
A viewing will be held, Friday, April 10, 2020 at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123 from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM at the same location. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Memorial Holladay~Cottonwood Mortuary.
