Lezlie Barber

Lezlie passed away suddenly and far too soon. She was born in Salt Lake City to Norman and Donna Chesler. She is survived by her loving husband Patrick Barber, her children, Dan Lockington and Mandy (Randy) McLachlan, her only very beloved granddaughter Grace, her parents Norman and Donna Chesler and her three sisters, Laurie, Lee Ann and Cristie. She also had many nieces and nephews who adored her. Lezlie also had an abundance of close friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She was such a kind and giving person, actively involved in many charities and community services. She enjoyed giving her time as a literacy volunteer and taught English as a second language as well. A few of her favorite charities were:
Cystic Fibrosis
Make A Wish Foundation
Family Promise
Best Friends Animal Sanctuary
Lezlie’s final act of kindness and giving was to be an organ donor.
Lezlie was a successful business woman as the current owner/president of Pat’s BBQ and as the former President of Theatre Candy. She was also a past member and officer of NAC.
Lezlie was the best wife, mom, daughter, sister and grandma a family could have. She was also there for anyone who needed her.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Lezlie on Saturday, March 28th from 1-3 pm at Make-A-Wish located at: 771 East Winchester, Murray, UT 84107
