Levi Joseph Collins was born on September 4, 1980 in Reupert Idaho to Judi Rinker and Joseph (Michelle) Collins.
He is survived by son Jadyn Collins, daughters Nevaeh, R’Sadia Collins and unborn baby daughter Kaschyln Levi; Brothers Patrick Chadd, Eric Chadd, Travis Collins, Joseph Collins; sister Brittany Collins, Sister-in-law April Chadd, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
He is preceded in death by his Grandpa Earl and Grandma Barbara, Grandpa Pete, Aunts Earlene, Cricket, Jessie.
He is now and will always be missed.
