Leslie (Les) Thomas Miller

Les Miller age 86 passed away at home surrounded by his family on June 25, 2022. He was born at home on June 8, 1936 to Dorothy Kimbrough and Kenneth Miller. On, March 10, 1954 he married Wanda Ruth Howard. They celebrated 52 years before Mom passed. In 1952 Dad joined the Marines where he served two years.  Dad talked about his Marine service and how it shaped him into the man we knew and loved. Dad was a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 354, where he served on many committees and his last twelve years serving as Business Manager before he retired. Dad loved to golf and anything work related. Dad was a proud Democrat.
Les is survived by his children, Michael Miller, Todd Miller (Sheryl), Jamie Whitehorn and Mitcheal Miller, sister Georgia Hill, two grandsons and four great grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his wife, parents, two brothers and three sisters.
