Leon Paul Coleman

Leon Paul Coleman, age 85, died on October 12, 2018, in Layton, Utah. He was born on August 8 1933, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Selma and Weldon Coleman. Leon was sealed to Jean Casdorph in the Salt Lake Temple on January 14, 1955. Leon was a beloved brother, son, husband, father, and friend. He retired from Zion’s Bank having served in several key positions and was highly accommodated for his service in the Jaycees and Rotary club. He loved playing golf, creating things out of wood and being with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Leon is survived by his brothers: Donald, Phillip, and Richard; his wife, Jean; and four children: Seven, Kenneth, Brian, and Angela Clawson; He is preceded in death by his brother, Robert; and sister, Lila Nelsen.
A Viewing will be held between 6:00 -8:00 PM on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building located at 821 East Mutton Hollow Road,  Kaysville, Utah 84037. Funeral services will also be held Monday, October 22, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the same location. His body will be interned in the Kaysville City Cemetery after the funeral service.
