Leo Bradley "Brad" Baker

Leo Bradley Baker passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by family on August 28, 2024. He was born on February 2, 1954 in Fillmore, Utah to Nadine and Paul Baker.

Brad married Brenda Nielsen, the love of his life, on December 31, 1973. They were happily married for over 50 years and had three daughters.

Brad loved his family more than anything. He loved watching Utah Jazz games, NASCAR and Formula 1 races, water fights, drinking games (which he always lost) and evenings on the back deck with Brenda and his dog, Sunshine. 

Brad is survived by his wife Brenda; three daughters Mya (Jeff), Ginny (Jeremy), Courtney; five grandchildren Ashton, Georgia (Mickey), Adam, Bryce, Navy; three great-grandchildren Mason, Sawyer, Sailor; siblings Barry, Brett (Judy), Bunee (Gary), Peggy (Paul) and Kathy.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Nadine and Paul, Wayne, and Melba; brother Tom; sister Sandra; and in-laws Karl and Royce.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.  Interment following services at Memorial Redwood Cemetery at the same location.
