Lee Reyburn

April 10, 1964 — December 21, 2019

Our hearts are full of love knowing that our dad has passed and is now with his father.
Lee James Reyburn, age 55, passed away of natural causes Saturday, December 21, 2019 at his home in Kearns Utah. He was born April 10, 1964 to Wade Leland Reyburn and Beverly Reyburn Liebhardt. He went to South Sanpete Highschool.
He married Kimberly March 5, 1982 and was married for 30 years, then later divorced. Lee and Kim moved to Texas where they met Mr. Garth Petit. Dad always referred to him as “the man who taught me everything I know.”  Dads first daughter “Brook” was born February 1, 1983, followed by his second daughter “Alisha” who was born January 24, 1985 and dad’s third daughter April Reyburn who was born February 18, 1989. The family moved back to Utah after Alisha was born and settled down in Kearns Utah.
Dad met Debbie his loving companion August 4, 2012. She was able to join him on a trip of a lifetime this past fall in New York at a live game to watch his favorite team Buffalo Bills. He has been a loyal fan his whole life. You could find him watching the game every Sunday and Monday.   Debbie and Dad visited numerous places together over the past 7 years. They were able to check a list of things off his bucket list like Niagara Falls, Sturgis, Mount Rushmore, Zions, New port beach, San Antonio, DC and so many more.
Dad always said that if he were to come back in a second life he would be a bird. He wanted to feel as free as a bird while flying which is why his prize procession was his 2002 soft tail Harley. He had it hand painted with a wizard he was so proud of his bike. He won numerous awards on his bike. He loved riding and showing it off. You could often find dad taking his grandbabies on rides. He loved being a Grandpa!
Playing cards was a normal Saturday night. You could often find Dad sitting around a table with his mom and sisters, daughters, Debbie or anyone that wanted to play cards. Dad found joy watching John Wayne movies with his mother.  Dad had several pictures and memorabilia of John Wayne that filled his home.
Dad was a salt of the earth kind of man. A stitch it, fix it, build it with his own two hands kind of man. Dad truly was a simple man with the biggest heart. Dad loved being outdoors. It didn’t matter if he was doing yardwork, gardening or being up at the property having a good time. Dad was happiest when he was fishing, hunting, or just sitting around the campfire telling stories with friends and family.

Dad was survived by his mother Beverly. Sisters Debbie, Becky and Tammie.  His three daughters Brook Hollander “Mike”, Alisha Skinner “Jason” and April Reyburn. He had two grandchildren from his older daughter Kelton and Saige, along with several other Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
