Leah Lane

Leah Sariah Allen Lane returned to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on July 18, 2015. Leah was born on May 8, 1930 to Mary Elizabeth Green and Edgar Allen. She loved serving wherever she was called in the LDS Church. Two of her favorites were her mission to Australia with Don and serving in the Salt Lake Temple.
She is preceded in death by her eternal sweetheart, Don Floyd Lane, and their son Richard Don Lane.
She is survived by three of her four children, Ellen (Ken) Frost, David (Rand) Lane, and Renee (Leo) Wheeler; sister Reah Collard, as well as 14 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at Redwood Memorial Mortuary (6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT) Wednesday, July 22 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the LDS chapel at 10375 South Leilani Drive (650 East), Sandy, UT on Thursday, July 23 at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing held prior from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at Redwood Memorial Cemetery.
