Lavon “Loni” Larsen Dean

July 6, 1951 — January 18, 2021

LaVon “Loni “Larsen Dean was an angel and graced our lives as a loving wife, incredible mother, sister, and friend to all lucky enough to know her. Our beloved Loni departed this earth on Monday, January 18, 2021, while surrounded by the love of her family.  Loni was born on July 6, 1951 in Ogden Utah to parents Arthur James (Jack) and Dot Winchester. She married the love of her life, Willard Louis Dean, on November 27, 1970. Together they spent 50 wonderful years smiling together while building memories and a family of three amazing children. Each child followed Loni and Willard’s lead in finding and marrying the loves of their lives. Each spouse quickly becoming an “adopted” Dean whom Loni loved and treated as her own. She had a deep affection for her kids, grandkids and friends, all who called her mom. Loni had a bond with her grandkids that was a marvel to witness. She always gave more than she took and always left all things better than she had found them. Our Mom celebrated life with an unmatched charm and was a teacher to all in seeing the beauty in everything and enjoying each moment to its fullest.
“Mom” is survived by the love of her life Willard Dean, her children Robin (Dave) Cuele, Kim (Mark) Painter, Toni (Jeff) Taylor, Colby (Lindsay) Dean and Wesley (Erika) Dean. Her amazing grandchildren Michael, William, Jacob, Michelle, Brayann, Blaklee, Ashton, Parker, Megan, Lyndsey, Alexa and Harper and two great grandchildren Payton and Joseph. Her siblings, Dave (Ann) Larsen, Bill (Janette) Larsen, and Denice (Sam) Wright.
She is preceded in death by her parents. And following her wishes a celebration of life will be held in honor of this truly remarkable woman.
Her final words so eloquently written: “Life is beautiful, life is life and I am grateful to be a part”.
……..Mwa… Mwa… Mwa… We love you!
