Lavon Adair Bullock

September 8, 1943 — March 9, 2018

LaVon was born September 8, 1943 in Murray Utah to Rhea Cope and Vivian Adair. She died March 9, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Conrad Hayden and together they had three children and were later divorced. She married Leonard Bullock and together they had one child and were later divorced.
She was an avid reader and loved learning, especially about history and geology. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, bird watching, and she loved the Utah Jazz. In 1993 she achieved a lifelong goal of earning her college degree, graduating from Westminster College with a BS in Psychology. Graduation was a very proud moment for LaVon and her family because it showed the strength she possessed to overcome the many obstacles and hardships she encountered during her life.

She is survived by her four children; Gayle Erickson, Sherrie (Marc) Hirschi, Mitchell (Cammie) Hayden, and Judy Mattinson. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren; Jocelynn and Tyler Drake, Xander, Marcus, Jonas and Patrick Hayden, and Haley and Hannah Mattinson, with whom she had a special bond.
